Many of us learned, consciously or unconsciously, that love must be earned. We learned to be helpful, agreeable, and accommodating—often at the expense of our own needs. Over time, our sense of worth became tied to how others felt about us, how pleased they were, or whether we disappointed them. This program invites us to gently reclaim what was never meant to be outsourced: our worth. Together, we begin to notice the ways we abandon ourselves in the pursuit of approval and learn how to meet ourselves with the same compassion we so freely extend to others. Through awareness, reflection, and practical tools, we practice separating who we are from what we do for others. Self-compassion becomes not a luxury, but a steady inner posture—one that allows us to care deeply without self-erasure and to belong fully to ourselves.
