Life can bring challenging situations that can either break us, or make us stronger.  Over the years, I've definitely had my share of circumstances that made me question my spirituality, as well as my self-identity.  As a result, I felt powerless, believing that I simply had to accept whatever life had thrown my way. 

 

Over time, it finally registered that a lot of the personal challenges I experienced resulted from my inability to master my thoughts and emotions.  I began researching the mind, and how our thoughts and emotions contribute to our life experiences.  Subsequently, I began applying techniques that assisted me in replacing patterns of thinking that no longer served me.  This helped me to regulate my emotions in healthier ways, which allows me to handle stressful circumstances in a more positive way.  I was finally at peace!    

 

As a result of learning from my own personal journey, I've developed a passion to help others develop and implement skills that assist in replacing ineffective patterns of thinking so they achieve mastery of their emotional state.  I truly believe this is my life's calling, and I look forward to working with you as well!
