MindShift Foundations: Emotional Intelligence

As an introduction to MindShift Foundations, Emotional Intelligence is a 4-week self-help experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, understand your emotional world with clarity, and respond to life from a grounded, confident place. If you’ve spent years putting others first, reading the room more than you read yourself, or silencing your own needs to keep the peace, this program gently guides you back to your own inner wisdom. Across four intentional weeks, you’ll learn how to identify and name your emotions with accuracy, uncover the needs beneath them, and release the habits of suppression and over-functioning that keep you overwhelmed. Through a blend of psycho-education, expressive practices, and reflective exercises, you’ll strengthen your ability to process emotions in a healthy, balanced way. You’ll explore the science behind emotional reactions, discover how to calm your nervous system without shutting down, and learn how to express your emotions honestly without guilt or fear. You’ll reconnect with positive emotions, rebuild trust in your intuition, and integrate both logic and feeling so your responses align with who you truly are—not who others expect you to be.
